TeckWrap
Carbon Pitch Black Vinyl Wrap 1

Description

Most carbon-fiber wraps give themselves away the moment you look closely, a flat, printed weave with no real depth that reads as an obvious sticker. TeckWrap Pitch Black Carbon avoids that entirely. Its true 3D woven texture and glossy finish catch light the same way genuine dry carbon fiber does, giving hoods, roofs, mirrors, and accents a deep, factory-grade carbon look.

Key Attributes

  • Real 3D carbon weave: a raised, medium-cell twill with clean straight lines that mirrors genuine dry carbon fiber, not a printed pattern.
  • Gloss that reflects like the real thing: the textured weave picks up and throws light along body lines the way natural carbon fiber does, adding depth from every angle.
  • Wrinkle-free installation: built-in air-release channels push trapped air out during application for a clean lay on mirrors, spoilers, and hoods.
  • Strong, repositionable grip: solvent-based transparent adhesive holds securely before final pressure and peels away without residue.
  • Conforms to curves and accents: heat-responsive film stretches around mirrors, spoilers, diffusers, and trim for tight, precise coverage on medium-difficulty parts.

Pitch Black is the deepest, truest black in the carbon range, no gray cast, no shortcuts. In shade or low light it reads almost stealth, a solid uniform black that keeps the weave subtle. Step into direct sun and the raised texture comes alive: the gloss lights up the twill, the straight lines catch highlights, and the full 3D depth of the carbon reveals itself. That shift between quiet and dimensional is exactly what separates real dry carbon fiber from a flat printed sticker.

OEM Match

  • Closest to the gloss dry-carbon weave on McLaren's visible carbon-fiber bodywork.
  • Same medium-twill scale as BMW M Performance and Mercedes-AMG carbon trim.
  • A classic woven twill, not the marbled forged-carbon look of Lamborghini composite.

Love the look of a factory carbon-fiber package but not the price of real dry-carbon panels? TeckWrap Pitch Black Carbon brings that same woven, light-catching finish to hoods, roofs, mirrors, spoilers, and interior trim on any build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this calendered film, and does that make it a budget product?

No. Cast and calendered are manufacturing methods, not quality grades. Choose the construction that fits the vehicle and use.

Does a wrap protect my paint?

It helps against UV, road film and light contact. For stone-chip and impact protection, use PPF.

Do I have to buy all the film at once?

Yes. Order the whole job plus about 20 percent from one production batch for color consistency.

Can I wrap over a respray?

Only when the paint is fully cured and sound. Test repaired paint before installation.

Should I ceramic coat it?

Optional, but useful for cleaning and stain resistance. Use a coating formulated for vinyl wrap.
