TeckWrap
Gloss Metallic Caribbean Blue Vinyl Wrap (RB09-HD) 1

Description

Most bright blues look great for five minutes, then wash out under harsh sunlight or turn flat when the sky goes grey. Caribbean Blue holds onto its color. The vivid aqua base and fine metallic shimmer keep the finish bright, clean, and full of movement from midday sun to late afternoon shade.

Key Attributes

  • Color that stays alive: vibrant Caribbean blue with a clean cyan base that keeps its brightness across large body panels
  • Metallic movement: fine metallic pigment creates light play and depth without muting the blue or pushing it toward silver
  • Engineered gloss: polymeric multilayered hybrid film delivers strong color clarity and a smooth, reflective finish
  • Clean chemistry: Henkel solvent acrylic adhesive stays weatherproof and removes residue-free when it's time for a new look
  • Application control: premium PET release liner keeps the film tension-flat for a cleaner finish during installation
  • Heat-conformable: wraps mirrors, bumpers, curves, and moderate recessed areas with controlled flexibility
  • Paint-safe: removable adhesive helps protect the integrity of your factory finish

Caribbean Blue sits between the playful energy of aqua and the confidence of a factory performance blue. In direct sunlight, the metallic grain produces a bright turquoise flash that makes body lines stand out. As conditions change, the color settles into a cleaner sky-blue tone while keeping its clarity and saturation. Many bright blues rely on intensity alone. Caribbean Blue adds metallic depth beneath the surface, which keeps the finish lively from every angle.

OEM Match

  • Closest to Porsche Miami Blue
  • Same brightness as Porsche Riviera Blue
  • Brighter than Lamborghini Blu Cepheus
  • Cleaner in tone than Ford Grabber Blue
  • More metallic than Audi Turbo Blue

Love the character of Miami Blue or Riviera Blue? Caribbean Blue brings that same factory color energy to cars that never had the option, from a Mustang and Corvette to an M4, Supra, AMG, or Model Y.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this calendered film, and does that make it a budget product?

No. Cast and calendered are manufacturing methods, not quality grades. Choose the construction that fits the vehicle and use.

Does a wrap protect my paint?

It helps against UV, road film and light contact. For stone-chip and impact protection, use PPF.

Do I have to buy all the film at once?

Yes. Order the whole job plus about 20 percent from one production batch for color consistency.

Can I wrap over a respray?

Only when the paint is fully cured and sound. Test repaired paint before installation.

Should I ceramic coat it?

Optional, but useful for cleaning and stain resistance. Use a coating formulated for vinyl wrap.
