Shipping terms

TeckWrap Korea confirms product location, inventory, order quantity, and carrier conditions before providing shipping guidance. Some items may ship under different conditions depending on Korean stock or overseas warehouse status.

Where we ship

Domestic delivery in South Korea is the standard service. International shipment can be reviewed separately, and availability or cost will be confirmed during consultation.

Processing and shipping times

Order processing and dispatch preparation are handled on business days. Tracking availability and delivery dates may vary by product stock, warehouse location, carrier schedule, holidays, and customs clearance.

Customs, duties, and international fees

Products shipped from overseas warehouses may involve customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or extra freight charges. Whether these costs are included will be explained before order confirmation.

Signature deliveries

High-value items or large rolls may require delivery confirmation or a signature. Loss caused by changed delivery location, absence, or third-party pickup may be the recipient's responsibility.

Damaged, lost, or missing packages

If a product arrives damaged, an item is missing, or delivery cannot be confirmed, contact TeckWrap Korea as soon as possible. Photos of the product, packaging, waybill, and LOT number may be requested.
