Submitting a product inquiry or order request starts a consultation process under the terms provided by TeckWrap Korea. Every order is subject to product availability, supply confirmation, and final price confirmation.
Order confirmation and contract
Product name, color, size, quantity, delivery address, and payment conditions are confirmed during consultation. An inquiry or quotation alone does not finalize an order. The order is confirmed after payment and dispatch conditions are accepted.
Pricing and availability
Product information and prices shown on the website are for reference. Actual availability and final pricing may change due to exchange rates, inbound stock, freight cost, promotions, and supplier conditions.
If an error in price or product information is found, TeckWrap Korea will provide the correct details and confirm whether the order should proceed or be cancelled.
Payment
Orders and payment for the Korean site are guided through phone consultation or separate contact. Card payment, bank transfer, tax invoice, or cash receipt options are confirmed according to each order condition.
Dispatch and tracking
After payment confirmation, dispatch is prepared according to inventory location and logistics status. Delivery timing and tracking availability can vary by product, warehouse, and carrier.
